 Keene -- Joanne Marie Janes, 62, of Keene, passed away Sunday, December 20, 2009, at her home.

 Services are 2 p.m. Sunday, December 27, 2009, in the Keene Seventh-day Adventist Youth Chapel with Pastor Larry Moore officiating. A private burial will follow in Keene Memorial Park. Visitation is from 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday, December 26, 2009, at Rosser Funeral Home in Cleburne.

 Joanne Janes was born October 3, 1947 in Lincoln, Neb., the daughter of Mary Christine (Gardner) and Charles M. Underhill. She married Charles Dale Janes June 2, 1968 in Keene.

 Mrs. Janes was a homemaker and a member of the Burleson Seventh-day Adventist Church.

 She is preceded in death by her sister, Christy Underhill; infant daughter, Michelle Janes and grandson, Matthew Melander.

 Survivors include her husband, Dale Janes of Keene; son, Shawn Michael Janes of Keene; daughter, Andrea Melander and husband, Michael, of Orlando, Fla.; parents, Mel and Kris Underhill of Keene; grandchildren, Christopher Janes and Robert Janes, both of Keene and Stephen Melander and Kimberley Melander, both of Orlando, Fla.; brothers, Jerry Underhill and wife, Sandra, of Fort Worth, and Charles Underhill and wife, Lisa, of Bonnie Lake, Wash.
